Matthieu Bos’s career spans over 15 years in investment banking and mining in Europe and Africa.
Matthieu is currently President and CEO of SRG Mining, a graphite development company backed by La Mancha Fund that is focused on fully supplying the European lithium-ion and fuel cell markets. During his role as Executive Vice-President Africa with Ivanhoe Mines, Matthieu was a key member of the team that delivered the world-class Kamoa-Kakula Copper Project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Prior to Ivanhoe, Matthieu was employed by BMO Capital Markets in London. In addition to a BSc majoring in applied earth sciences, Matthieu holds an MSc in metallurgical engineering from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands.
Marc-Antoine is an experienced mining executive and senior geologist with 37 years of international mineral exploration experience in project management, discovery, evaluation, resource estimation, mine development, design and implementation of exploration programs. Marc-Antoine acquired his expertise in base metals, international nickel sulphide and laterite exploration and development through senior-level positions at major mining companies such as Xstrata Nickel and Falconbridge. The founder of three exploration companies including TSXV-listed Sama Resources, SRG Mining and SRQ, he has extensive geological expertise in West Africa, Latin America and in New Caledonia.
Dr. Audet earned his Ph. D in geology / earth science from University of Québec in Montréal (UQAM) and University of New Caledonia (U.NC).
Stéphanie is a mining engineer with over 20 years’ experience in mineral processing, engineering, operations leadership, strategy, HR, and project management acquired within the mining and engineering consultancy sectors.
Ms. Gourde joined Norda Stela, an engineering consulting firm, in 2010 and has held roles of increasing responsibility until being appointed VP of Talent, Culture, Strategy and Communication in 2018. Prior to that, she was a project manager at the Mineral Processing Research Consortium (COREM).
Ms. Gourde received a B. Eng in mining engineering from École Polytechnique and McGill University, and an M.Sc. in metallurgical engineering from McGill University. She concurrently serves on the board of Fonderie Poitras.
Jean-Christophe has over 15 years of operations, financial and managerial experience in the mining, banking and pharmaceutical sectors.
He has held various roles in metallurgy and project development for Canadian Royalties in Quebec, Kinross in Chile, and SEMAFO in West Africa. Jean-Christophe further worked as a research associate for Raymond James covering TSX-listed base metals explorers, developers and producers. Currently, he is the president of Saint-Leger, a privately held pharmaceutical and clean tech company. In addition to earning an MBA majoring in finance from HEC Montréal, Jean-Christophe holds a Masters in Materials Science, specializing in hydrometallurgy of gold and copper ores from McGill University.
Michel is a senior mining executive with more than 40 years of leadership experience in Canada and internationally.
His extensive experience in the Quebec nickel industry, combined with his background in human resources, community relations and strategy management, provide valuable industry insight to the company management and board of directors. During his mining tenure, Michel held senior management roles at mining companies such as Teck, BP Mining, Billiton Metals, Falconbridge, Xstrata, SMSP-NC and POSCO. Since retiring in 2020, Mr. Rioux serves as a coach/ mentor in the areas of management, human resources, aboriginal relations and corporate social responsibility
Mr. Rioux holds a BCom from Université du Québec. He previously served on the board of directors of Koniambo Nickel SAS, Nickel Mining Company, A2EP and Norda Stelo Inc.
Ugo is a mining executive with more than 15 years of progressively senior finance and operations expertise in the mining, energy and tech industries.
Currently, Ugo is Chief Financial Officer of Aya Gold & Silver. The former President and Chief Operating Officer of TSXV-listed SRG Mining, Mr. Landry-Tolszczuk also served as director of operations for Windiga Energy, which develops, owns, and operates renewable energy power plants in Africa. He also brings experience from the technology industry, having previously worked at Research in Motion (today Blackberry), ATI Technologies (today AMD) and Distech Controls (today Acuity Brands).
A CFA charter holder, Ugo holds a bachelor’s degree of applied science in computer engineering, management science option, from the University of Waterloo.
